Glyphon, a cyan metallic dragon attempted to negotiate as the leader of the survivors of the faded dragonic empire. Promising collaboration and the official forfeit of any claims of the rest of Dragonland, in exchange for the freedom and the independence of their ancestral island of Norix. Any Dragonborns on Norix were to freely decide if they wanted to go and live in Zenidor, the dragonborns that rebelled against the Norixian Empire.
The Norixian empire was defeated. The ones who fought amont the elves were given territories or were left to their own like the dragonborn of south zenidor Arthal gave his leutenants lands. Aaron Stormwear was given the territory of Crackarak and Pettylo Flowfire the Human kingdom of the Veil with the capital of Flumin. Aeor the Shardborn was to govern south Zenidor, while Arthal himself made his capital in Rollienta. Zelin was to govern Anwinfell. A system of leaders defined by him. The provinces of the messos archipelago had fallen to chaos recently, as the sea dragons were most definetely retaliating to the Norix siege and cut off. The sea dragons while unable to pose any threat on land they were massacring their abilities to move massive forces into the islands. The only shardborn that Arthal had that could somehow help in this situation was in a cell disobedient. He could use Elora for this But Zelin was right pussing again the young pink haired shardborn against her sister could make him loose control over her. But Arthal needed a way to control the seas.A full fledged shardborn was as good as 5 young sea dragons. And it was not just the archipelago. The five voices compelled him to reach inside thr rocky ruins of Norix. He have done all on their name. he cared little about the hardships of the elves. cared little about the Norixian tyranny. He wanted to feel powerful he was tired of beint in the sidelinesz that’s why when he found the source of the 5 voices on Altaria promising him power he accepted. The newly founded power made him important. Zelin is almost blindingly following him. His right hand, she believes that he even had feelings for her, but he did not. Zelin’s knowledge of the old world was the only thing he had any interest of her.
Arthal demanded that the Dragons surrender ther wyrmlings to the Imperium before any talk happen. Glyphon refused, fearing what may happen to the wyrmlings, having experienced the Shardborn and their access to a new kind of magical power. the imperium essentially wanted to ultimately destroy the dragons one way or another.
