Destructive Wrath. When Warug rolls lightning or thunder damage, he can use his Channel Divinity to deal maximum damage, instead of rolling.

Wrath of the Storm (Recharge after a Short or Long Rest). When Warug is hit by an attack, he can use his reaction to cause the attacker to make a Dexterity saving throw. The attacker takes 2d8 lightning or thunder damage (Warug’s choice) on a failed saving throw, and half as much damage on a successful one.

Warug’s story is one of unity and acceptance, born from a lineage of division and conflict. His father was an orc, a warrior of the Messos Archipelago tribes, known for his ferocity in battle. His mother, on the other hand, was a human, a gentle healer from a coastal village on the outskirts of the Minisla Islands. Their union was unusual, a rare occurrence in a world where their races were often at odds.

Warug’s father, Gruum, was a respected warrior in his tribe. He was known for his strength and courage, traits that were highly valued among the orcs. However, Gruum was also known for his temper, a trait that often led him into conflict.

His mother, Elara, was a healer who had a deep connection with nature. She was kind and compassionate, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Elara’s village was a place where humans and orcs coexisted, albeit uneasily, and she was one of the few who treated the orcs with kindness.

Their paths crossed when Gruum was injured in a skirmish and stumbled upon Elara’s village. Elara nursed him back to health, and in the process, they fell in love. Their union was met with resistance from both sides, but they stood firm, believing in a future where their races could coexist peacefully.

Warug was the product of their love, a symbol of unity between two races. Raised on stories of his parents’ courage and conviction, Warug grew up believing in the possibility of unity and equality among all races.

His faith in Raijin came from his father, who worshipped the god of adventure, war, battle, and tempest. Gruum taught Warug to respect the power of the natural world and the chaos of the storm, lessons that resonated with the young half-orc. When he was old enough, Warug chose to become a cleric of Raijin, seeing it as a way to honor his father’s teachings and promote the values of unity and equality he held dear.

Warug’s journey has not been easy. He has faced opposition from both humans and orcs, and his dream of a unified Minisla Islands seems far off. But Warug remains undeterred. He continues to fight for his vision of a world where all races are treated as equals, a world free from the oppressive rule of Zenidor. His calm demeanor, wisdom, and unwavering conviction make him a beacon of hope for those who share his dream.
